Jeśli ich osąd będzie także pozytywny, Ojciec Święty autoryzuje wydanie dekretu o heroiczności cnót Kunegundy. Będzie to oznaczało, że Kunegunda jest Czcigodną Służebnicą Bożą. Do jej beatyfikacji będzie jeszcze niezbędne zatwierdzenie cudu za jej przyczyną.
Przypomnijmy, że „Positio”, pod nadzorem o. Vincenzo Criscuolo OFMCap., relatora generalnego, opracował o. Szczepan Praśkiewicz OCD, postulator diecezjalnej fazy procesu beatyfikacyjnego Służebnicy Bożej, a obecnie relator Dykasterii Spraw Kanonizacyjnych.
